This morning at approximately 08:00 hours NMFC and Carlisle Fire & Rescue Services were dispatched to Smoke in the Building in the 30 block of Faith Circle. Headquarters advised that the caller stated they had smoke coming out of the vents in the house and are evacuating. Engine239 arrived on the scene with smoke showing from the vents in the attic. The call was upgraded to a house fire and Engine239 requested to add another Truck and an Engine. Units were able to extinguish the bulk of the fire with an extinguisher. The fire was able to get into the Insulation causing hot spots. The insulation was taken out of the house due and sprayed down with water. Units were on scene for approximately 3 hours before going available. Great work by all.
